Michelle has over 20 years of experience helping people achieve performance outcomes. With a background in large, complex organisations, she has worked in a range of operational, L&D and HR roles across the education, retail and manufacturing sectors.

In 2018, she joined CA ANZ, which represents more than 138,000 financial professionals. She is continuously working towards shaping the future of accounting education and led the design and development of the new CA Program which was launched in 2021. Michelle is responsible for delivering value to full and aspiring members by creating high quality, future-focused education products.
