Luisa joined the Australian Computer Society (ACS), the professional association representing Australia’s technology community, in 2021 as the Industry Skills Advisor to the Queensland Government. She represents the Technology, Business and Finance sectors and provides advice on investment, skilling and workforce development to ensure all working-aged Queenslanders have the skills that meet the current and future needs of the labour market across the state.  

Prior to ACS, she owned a registered training organisation for 14 years. She has also advised the Queensland Tourism Industry Council on training and skills.  

Luisa is a member of the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce Regional Job Committee and on the Board of Myhorizon, a not-for-profit disability services provider for thousands of Queenslanders.
