Anatoli is Vice-President of the Akkodis Academy, which helps companies retain and attract talent by continuous upskilling and growth. Prior to this, he was instrumental in several significant educational initiatives including scaling the Cyber Security Engineering Capability Institute and supporting the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Students as Partners program. He worked at UNSW for 12 years.

Anatoli is doing a PhD researching the role of artificial intelligence in skills identification and team formation at the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a lecturer in business transformation and innovation within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.
