Tracey is CEO of FAPSTC, Western Australia’s advisory body for workforce and skills development across finance, corporate, property, professional, and public services.

Since joining in 2021 as Industry Engagement Manager, she’s led strategic initiatives in training and labour market policy. Previously, she spent eight years at FutureNow, advancing workforce development in creative and tech sectors. Her career began in market research, evolving into training council consultancy.

Tracey excels in stakeholder engagement and brings deep expertise in traineeship policy, financial literacy, and HR planning, especially within Business and Financial Services training packages.
