Scarlett is an award-winning technology leader with over a decade of industry experience.

She began her career as an IT Support Engineer. Working in an industry with few female role models, she bolstered her learning with a cyber security degree before joining workplace tech company WithYouWithMe, where she became Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

In addition to her CTO duties, Scarlett worked to encourage women into technology careers and harness the skills of military spouses.

She has also served as Head of Ecosystem Capability at the Tech Council of Australia and now leads Longitude Advisory, an independent technology advisory firm.
