Rae has twenty years of experience in the design and delivery of effective learning and development solutions in banking and financial services.

She began her career in training, initially for the Skandia Investment Group before moving to Colonial First State. Rae then joined Commonwealth Bank of Australia where her roles included responsibility for the Group’s Centre of Excellence for learning design as well as the organisation’s enterprise RTO.

She joined Westpac in 2021 and leads the design and delivery of a Group-wide capability strategy, focusing on re-skilling activities and other critical workforce skill requirements.
