An experienced C-suite executive and not-for-profit director, Ningning has a strong background in strategy, finance, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Spirit Super and Chief Financial Officer at Tasplan. A Chartered Accountant,  graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the CEW network , Ningning is also a Board Member of Dress for Success Tasmania and a Board Member of an independent Tasmanian girl’s school, demonstrating her commitment to community impact.
