Simon is an experienced business leader and strategic thinker with a career covering government, ICT, management consulting and media sectors. He ran his own business for 20 years, advising top tech and consulting companies including Accenture, SAP and Google. Concurrently, he was also CEO of the Australian Home Entertainment Distributors Association, with members including Disney, Paramount and Sony.

As the CEO of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), Simon represents the Australian tech sector to government, industry and media. He has also been appointed to numerous government advisory committees covering digital health, procurement, skills and cyber security.
