Through its core business of delivering innovative, secure and intuitive technology training, development and employment opportunities for Indigenous people and minority groups.

Melanie joined the business in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing majority of business operations; major government contracts and stakeholder management along with securing new business.

Before Goanna, she was National Partnerships and Inclusion Manager at the Coder Academy, a private education college that has helped hundreds of students change their lives by learning to code. Prior to the education sector, Melanie had a successful career in tourism and hospitality.
