Kathryn is a human resources (HR) leader with 20 years’ experience across multiple industries.  

Currently leading Group Community Skilling, she is focused on developing and implementing strategies to support skilling for Australian communities. Initiatives delivered invest in future skills and enhancing access to skill building across key segments. 

Since joining CBA in 2015 as a HR Business Partner she has supported areas including Retail Branch Network, Digital and the Data and Analytics team. More recently, she led HR Group Reskilling, equipping employees with new skills enabling them to shift careers and deliver great outcomes for customers.   

Previous roles include Senior HR Advisor at Australian Associated Press and People and Culture Manager at Nine.
