Meaghan joined the Insurance Council of Australia, the representative body of the country’s general insurance industry, in 2023. She oversees the DEI, Talent, and social policy portfolio, working with members on workforce development and social policies.

She began her career as a National Account Manager at Colonial First State Investments, before joining the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2010. After time in the customer insights team, she became Executive Manager, Women and Advice, helping all Australians to have equal access to wealth management strategies and financial advice. She took a career break between 2020 and 2023 to bring up her young family.
