Kersti Eesmaa is the Managing Director of WorkPath Australia, a program dedicated to building a robust cybersecurity talent pipeline. A former diplomat with a 30-year career, Kersti served as the Ambassador of Estonia to Australia, where she was a champion of digital transformation. In her current role, she focuses on mobilising underrepresented groups, including women and veterans, into the ICT and cyber workforce.
