Jo is an HR and digital professional, who creates cultures of collaboration and implements change to achieve workforce excellence. Her experience spans the public, private and not-for-profit sectors across professions including HR, digital, data, finance, change and program management, governance and communications.

Her current role is at the Australian Public Service Commission, a central agency within the Prime Minister and Cabinet portfolio. Its purpose is to position the Australian Public Service (APS) workforce for the future to meet the demands and expectations of the Australian Government and people. It aims to continuously improve people management, manager capability and professional development across the APS.
