Jen Delves is the Executive General Manager, Workforce at Suncorp Group. In this orle she leads the future workforce strategy and workforce function.

With more than 25 years of experience in complex, fast-paced environments, Jen has held senior roles across Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Aviation sectors, including at IAG, Qantas, AAPT, and Zurich.

She is passionate about partnering with senior leadership teams to drive culture change and deliver business transformation.

Jen holds a Business and Management degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
