Jan Owen AM serves as Principal at AdaptabilityQ, bringing decades of experience as a social entrepreneur and innovator. As former CEO of the Foundation for Young Australians (2010-2019) , she pioneered initiatives supporting youth development and social innovation. Jan holds honorary doctorates from the University of Sydney and Murdoch University, and was named Australia’s inaugural Woman of Influence in 2012. Currently a Non-Executive Director at Learning Creates Australia and Strategic Advisor to the World YMCA, she continues to champion inclusive education and workforce development through her roles as author and keynote speaker.
