Ishtar convenes the Australian Digital Inclusion Alliance (ADIA), a shared initiative with over 500 business, government, academic and community organisations working together to accelerate action on digital inclusion. Alongside the ADIA, Ishtar is the founder of Eloquium Group, a public affairs firm working exclusively with technology companies. Ishtar has held leadership positions at Google in public affairs, in private legal practice, and on non-profit boards.
