Gemma Toogood is the co-founder of Neoma, a future-of-work company dedicated to addressing automation risk through inclusive, internal tech reskilling. With 20 years’ experience in media, marketing, and business development, Gemma is passionate about building a more equitable and skilled workforce.  

Her selection into the Blackbird GIANTS accelerator recognised Neoma’s impact in HR tech and workforce capability development. She is a strong advocate for women in technology and has led initiatives supporting mothers returning to the workforce. At Neoma, Gemma focuses on both developing tech talent pathways from non-tech to tech inside organisations, and uplifting AI capability from within, to help address Australia’s tech skills shortage.
