FSO National Forum
Summary Insights
March 2024 | Melbourne
‘Building a Skilled Workforce’
The inaugural National Forum aimed to understand the finance, technology and business workforce's readiness for future skills demands through facilitating strategic discussions, networking opportunities, thought leadership panels, and design thinking workshops.
This was achieved by bringing together a range of stakeholders from industry, unions, training providers, other JSCs, and government.
The Forum and summary industry workshop insights captured have been used to inform the development of the 2024 Workforce Plan and our schedule of projects which have recently been approved.
Opportunities identified by industry during the FSO National Forum workshops
A detailed version of the insights from the National Forum will be included in the upcoming 2024 Workforce Plan.
