Elizabeth (Izzy) Whitelock is the Chief Executive Officer of the AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association), Australia’s peak body for the technology industry. Appointed permanently in December 2025 following a successful tenure as Interim CEO, Izzy brings extensive experience across HealthTech, AgedTech including co-founding an AI company primarily focused on defence intelligence and national security that listed on the ASX.

She is an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University, Advisory Board member for the AI Summit Australia and has been a director of NFP, public and private companies.
