Dr Nigel Palmer is the Senior Policy Manager for Skills and Education at Business NSW, where he shapes policy to address the evolving needs of the workforce. With nearly two decades of experience in tertiary education, Nigel has held senior advisory roles at RMIT University and is a Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University’s Australian Studies Institute. He holds a PhD from ANU and is a dedicated advocate for quality and innovation in education and research. Nigel’s work focuses on tertiary education policy, quality assurance, and graduate research, contributing to a more skilled and adaptable workforce.
