Caroline is a senior leader specialising in future skills, tertiary education and employment policy, with extensive experience across federal and state governments and peak bodies.

She joined Ai Group in 2024 to drive innovative approaches to workforce skills development.

Her previous roles include the inaugural Executive Director of Jobs Queensland, Deputy Chief Executive of the National Employment Services Association, and Executive Director, Economic and Policy Futures for the Queensland government.

Caroline also serves as an Advisory Board Member and Adjunct Fellow at Griffith University’s Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing.
