Douglas Dean is the Head of Learning Design and Innovation at RTO Logic, where he leads the development of future-focused education strategies that blend emerging technology with effective learning design. With a background spanning digital learning across the VET sector and all AQF levels, Douglas has held leadership roles at Monash College and Box Hill Institute. His work spans digital uplift, capability building, and the integration of generative AI into practical, scalable solutions for educators and learners. Douglas holds an MBA from Victorian Institute of Technology and has delivered VR-based learning experiences and gamified programmes.
