Dominic leads the CITT, an Australian not-for-profit national industry training company that deals extensively with industry and government to implement telecommunications and IT workforce and skills programs. He has over 35 years of experience in the implementation of training systems and sits on numerous VET skills and ICT committees and working parties.

He is also secretary for the Australian Digital and Telecommunications Industry Association, a key player in the telecommunications workforce capabilities and infrastructure rollout program, including the National Broadband Network.
