Dan has over 30 years of experience in credit and financial services. He found his passion for learning and development whilst in client management at Scottish Pacific Business Finance.

He went on to be a Risk Management Learning & Development Consultant with American Express for several years before joining Mortgage Choice, ending up as National Learning and Development Manager, responsible for the education and professional development of the firm’s 1200 member franchise network and staff.

He joined the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) as Head of Education in 2018, then taking on the role of Head of Professional Development and Member Engagement in 2023.
