Colin Gniel is the Head of Sales, Government, Talent Solutions at LinkedIn, leading the team that partners with Australian & New Zealand Federal, State, and Local Government clients to transform talent acquisition, workforce development, and learning solutions. With over 30 years of senior executive and sales leadership experience, Colin previously served as National Director, Federal Government at Microsoft for nearly five years, where he led the company’s engagement with the Australian Federal Government on their digital transformation priorities. He holds a Bachelor in IT from the University of Canberra and has previously been an active ACT Committee Member of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) for over a decade.
