Celia Antonovsky is a strategic safety and risk leader with extensive experience across high-risk industries, including oil and gas, mining, engineering, construction and transport. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS), she currently serves as Chair of the AIHS National Board and has held a range of leadership positions within the AIHS since 2016.

Celia is a strong advocate for evidence-based safety practice and has contributed to government consultations, university curriculum development and industry initiatives that advance the health and safety profession. Her expertise spans governance, risk and assurance, operational delivery, human factors, organisational change and work design.
