of workers in these sectors are not using AI due to lack of access to training.

The report provides a roadmap for bridging these gaps, with recommendations for short-term and long-term training solutions. The vocational education and training sector has a pivotal role to play in driving this transformation.

The balanced use of AI demonstrates its potential to augment human expertise in community education.
Justice Connect
In 2022, Justice Connect collaborated with the University of Melbourne to develop an unbiased and inclusive ethical AI model that helps people classify their legal problems.
This AI model improved legal triage accuracy, reduced partial entries by 50%, and increased user confidence in seeking support. The initiative led to Justice Connect being named the Infoxchange Not-for-Profit Technology Innovator of the Year for 2024.
